The end-year program was founded six years ago by Mr Kruss Mabonga, the C.E.O of branding company Status Communication.

Since then, the initiative has attracted dozens of co-operate societies, celebrities and well-wishers who donate various goods to the children including clothes, books, vouchers and sports equipments.

In their efforts to raise funds to support the initiative, the organizing team which includes the youthful Mariam Mohammed, Daisy Nekesa, Cially Wanza and Edwine Kenya have printed T-shirts that are retailing at Ksh1,000.

Among the activities that will take place during the visit include singing and dancing competition amongst the children, play games and inspirational talks from public figures that include actor James Chanji Wamukoya popularly known as Mshamba of KTN.
