Services You Can Now Get at Huduma Kenya Centres

The Huduma Kenya Centres where Kenyans can access public and government services have re-opened its programs, after a long closure due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Making the announcement on Friday, Huduma Kenya services announced the different kind of services which will be offered in different stations all over the country, under the regulations given by the Ministry of Health.

The resumption of issuance of Police Clearance Certificates have resumed at the main branch in General Post Office (GPO) Nairobi, and further extended to Huduma Centres in Kibra, Eastleigh, and Makadara for ease of service delivery.

It was revealed that plans are at an advanced stage to resume the services at other centres countrywide once they are done with ongoing logistical and administrative plans.

Further, the services will be available each working day from 8 am to 4 pm, although Kenyans can book their appointments via prior to visiting the headquarters, so as to reduce the overcrowding of people in regards with the social distancing guidelines given by the Ministry of Health.

The following is a list of services currently being offered and enters which offer them;

1. Certificate of Good Conduct- GPO Nairobi, City Square, Eastleigh, Makadara, Kibra.

2. Issuance of Duplicate ID cards- All Huduma Centres.

3. Issuance of Birth Certificates- All Huduma Centres.

4. KRA Services- All Huduma Centers.

Kenyans have been urged to observe the COVID-19 regulations set by the government as they visit the centres.
