BY JASON NJERU,

The Italian serie A will resume this weekend after the international break.

Here are the fixtures and key highlights:

Fiorentina welcome Sarri’s men

Juventus have won three of their opening matches in the last three seasons running, and looks even better planned to maintain the trend after awful high-pressing prowess following a narrow 4-3 win at Allianz stadium Turin over Napoli.

On the other hand Fiorentina have failed to find the net in five of their last six home games which seems hard to secure the three points.

Players to watch

Cristiano Ronaldo (Juventus) opened his account in the previous fixture and he is in a good form to lead his side away.

Erick pulgar (Fiorentina) is a real force and will be depended upon to lead his teammates. Notably, he has scored two goals so far both from the spot.

Napoli host Sampdoria

After a 4-3 defeat at Alianz stadium, Ancelloti’s men will resume their campaign hoping to emulate their form which saw them win 13 of their 19 top flight home games.

On the other hand, Sampdoria have lost two of their opening matches hence they will have to work hard in order to avoid repeating that unfortunate feat. They have lost nine of their previous eleven meetings held here.

Players to watch

Fabio Quagliarella (Sampdoria) is the only outstanding perfomer who has scored Sampdoria’s only goal this season.

Hirving Lozano (Napoli) a young, fresh and promising striker scored a second half strike on his debut in their previous competition and can Marshall his teammates for a win.
