Kenyans on Twitter have continued to channel their moral and financial support to a widow who is desparately selling her house in order to foot the huge medical bill for her departed husband.
This is after her son identified herself as Brian Yusuf published a tweet with the details of the house.
The tweet, which has attracted over a thousand retweets and hundreds of likes has drawn mixed reactions from Twitter users with many of them asking for the MPESA PAYBILL number instead of selling the prestigious property and leave the family probably in more financial and psychological crisis.
Hey guys. My mum is selling her house in Athi River to pay my late dad's hospital bills. 4 bedrooms, master ensuite + 2 bathrooms, at Transview Estate opposite Crystal Rivers Mall. Offers invited. DM for details. RT for awareness. #houseforsale #RealEstate pic.twitter.com/ViW3lPImBh

Please do another tweet with the paybill no. Your mum does not have to lose that house when we can help.

Bryan, sorry men. Wait a minute, so dad already passed on, why sell the house? If the hospital won’t release his body then why not just leave it to them and see what they want to do with it?

Hey Bryan, are you guys open to trying a fundraiser before finding a buyer? Kenyans can really come through for you and your mum. What say you? You could set up a pay bill and share with fellow counsel and general public.

However, Brian did not immediately give the details of the hospital holding on to his late dad’s body by the time this writer was going live with this story.
We shall update this article as we get more details.
