What am gathering is that the young man called Junior, a former driver of the late MP James Mukwe and ardent supporter of Sen Moses Wetang’ula, came to his home in Namosi village and found Independent Candidate Dr Gasper Wafubwa holding a meeting with the residents.
It’s said that Junior immediately got irritated, asking the attendants why they were holding a meeting in Wetang’ula’s backyard when the Senator is already supporting Majimbo Kalasinga of FordKenya.
Junior reportedly took took a fimbo and hurled stones at the congregation, forcing most of them to scamper for safety.
However, the Dr. Gasper crew reportedly begged Junior to allow them hold their meeting as they didn’t have any bile against Sen Wetang’ula. This fell on deaf ears and having seen them humble down before him, Junior reportedly took advantage and continued to bully the multitude.
It’s at this juncture that the Gasper Wafubwa goons descended on him with clubs and fists until he fled hadi kwa Musa we mu-corner engaki eyoo!
It’s not clear whether the meeting proceeded or not. The badly injured and bleeding Junior later boarded a motorbike to Nalondo Police Post where he reported the incident.
Who is sending these young men to cause chaos at meetings?
Elsewhere, UDA candidate Evans Kakai has intensified his campaign with the Tangatanga MPs allied to the party moving in different directions to drum up support for the former KRA Director.
According to the info gathered by Wakajuaness.Com, the Kakai team has opted to raid the Ford Kenya strongholds seen to be supporting Majimbo Kalasinga with millions of shillings being splashed to bring an impact.
On the other hand, Majimbo has recently been moving alone with the consistency of elected leaders allied to Sen Wetang’ula in the campaign worrying. It’s a race that’s too early to call.
