As residents of Bungoma County prepare for the festive season, free ENT and Hernis Screening camps will be lining up as part of the menu this December.
This is courtesy of a local hospital that will be treating the residents with a free Ear, Nose, Nec and Thyroids (ENT) Screening camp in Bungoma.
The exercise is scheduled to take place on Monday 2nd of December 2019 with the Hernia screening a day later.
The two camps will be held at Lifecare Hospital off the Kanduyi-Musikoma Highway and will be conducted by highly-experienced specialists from the facility.
According to the management, the two exercises are aimed at providing sensitization to the locals on the rise of chronic ailments affecting ears, noses and throats which many people take for granted.
The screening will be a relieve to curb the many chronic tonsils and thyroid cases which have been on the rise in the region, according to reports.
The hospital is committed to providing quality medication and improve the health standards in Western Kenya and has received tremendous applauds from the locals due to their consistency in organising free medical camps.
