Having played in the Embu North District League in the previous season, RFC Supreme, which is located in Gicherori, is inviting football stakeholders to raise funds for the players joining County League.
The fundraiser will be held on 31st October at N.I.C.A Gatwe Church in Kibugu.
Embu Supreme FC who, were crowned winners for Nginda Ward football tournament in January 2020, is targeting to raise Ksh 250,000 which will help to facilitate the players needs like buying of new kits and boots for proper training, treatment as well as transportation.
The club is requesting all football fans and well wishers to support the team.
According to the information given by the club’s treasurer Lyord Mwiti, one can send their contribution through M-Pesa PAYBILL 874950 and account name 6396.
Wakajuaness.Com sports desk understands that the club has saved a total of Ksh 30,850 which they won during the Nginda ward tournament together with contributions from the players.
“Our future plan is to grow each other, support talents by making Embu Supreme a great team that will create job opportunities to the youth and become sports hub,” said Kariithi Kizito, the team manager.
Embu Supreme FC have been productive in the district league winning all of its home matches. Their brilliant performance has been a real force to reckon, sailing together with neighbours 3K FC.
The players and fans have a growing hope for the club to scale in the next levels. Hard work from the players have branded the name of the club to become popular across all corners of the county.
