Show me your friend and I will tell you who you are. This famous saying can be translated in the business world as show me your network and I will tell you your worth.

Great business people and big corporations across the globe are multimillion because of the network they build when starting and throughout their growth process.

This Saturday 29th July 2017 offers youth in Bungoma County an excellent opportunity to start their growth process. More than 200 youth will be in attendance as the gates to Kenya Red cross Society Bungoma offices will be opened at 9am to multiple stakeholders from the corporate world, business community, CSOs, government and fellow youth doing business to come and interact with the network and grow their enterprises.

This connection will open up opportunities for the Youth to interact with the best of the best in Bungoma County which, if well utilised, will give the them insights on how to start and maintain their business as it grows.

Those talented in various platforms will also receive an opportunity to get a channel where their talents can be natured.

Bungoma Youth Connect the organisation hosting this event has put in place proper structures to ensure that the youth network will attract stakeholders who will bring in value and diversity in the opportunities available in the county from AgriBusiness to Entertainment in the rapidly growing county.

This event will leave you in awe as your eyes will be opened to the potential that Bungoma County has.

Having hosted successfully a peace walk last month dubbed ‘Peace Champions’ which attracted over 100 youth as participants and reached out to over 3,000 residents of Bungoma county CBD, the people residing and doing businesses in Bungoma County re-assured them of a peaceful environment, during, before and after the elections.

In the afternoon an open mic session shall showcase some of the talented youth who can sing, rap, recite, do spoken words and entertain through comedy. A word out to youths is that this will be an event for you to grow your network as you get entertained.

The doors are opened for free to all the Youth in Bungoma County which will be a first of its kind in Bungoma County. The youth will be the centre of attention and we shall have talks from CSOs representatives, Business world representatives and National and County Government officials.

Your network is your net worth.

Come Interact, Network and Grow exponentially.
