All Eyes on Kenya All Stars as They Take on Spanish Side Cordoba FC

Kenya All Stars will take on Spanish second division side Cordoba Club de Football today at Estadio Nuevo Arcangel.

The team travelled on Friday, 15th July to Spain and is scheduled to play Two friendlies before jetting back. 

They will play Cordoba today before taking on Sevilla Atletico on 22nd July and Fly back to Kenya on 25th July.

Speaking to the media, the coach, Stanley Okumbi termed the Friendly tour important in terms of exposure and experience as the team prepares for CHAN Competitions.

Most players who travelled are of young age.


Goalkeepers: Mathias Kigonya (Sofapaka), Boniface Oluoch (Gor Mahia)

Defenders: Robinson Kamura (AFC Leopards), Musa Mohamed (Gor Mahia), Wesley Onguso (Sofapaka), Simon Mbugua (Posta Rangers), Maurice Ojwang (Western Stima).

Midfielders: Benson Iregi (Thika United), Clinton Kisiavuki (Nakumatt FC), Jackson Macharia (Tusker), Victor Majid (AFC Leopards), Boniface Muchiri (Tusker), Ovella Ochieng (Kariobangi Sharks), Omotto Patillah (Kariobangi Sharks), Wendo Ernest (Gor Mahia).

Strikers: Vincent Oburu (AFC Leopards), Victor Omondi (Nzoia Sugar), Onyango Samuel (Ulinzi Stars).

The game will kick off at 10.00PM (EAT) And will be televised LIVE on KTN and Bamba Sports TV.
